THE HOT BOX 305 was founded by Myself, Araven Wiggins in 2019. My culinary drive comes from the influence of both my grandmothers. Growing up, To me, it was remarkable how these women could tear down the kitchen and serve amazing flavor. With their teachings and my own ambitions, I decided to pursue my culinary degree and open my own business. My Goal was to start a business that would not only change my life, but bring a new meaning to what food and hospitality should be about. I specialize in creating dishes with fresh, quality ingredients. I dedicate a lot of time into whipping up fabulous recipes and discovering new inspirations to share with my clients. I am a seasoned American style culinary artist. I was born & raised in Miami Fl. I am known for my American fusion cuisine. With my passion for robust flavors & legendary presentation, I have dedicated my career to offering a memorable dining experience. , I graduated from The International Culinary Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I am known for my authentic twist in global cuisine.
